Phi Mu Returns to Wesleyan for Diamond Jubilee Convention


An article regarding the Diamond Jubilee Convention of Phi Mu, held in June 1927 at Wesleyan College. Includes summaries of the general and Philomathean sessions; convention business, including the raising of an endowment fund for the Phi Mu Healthmobile, approval for a new chapter at West Virginia University, reduction in the size of the National Council, and redrawing of districts; the unveiling of a monument to founder Martha Hardaway Redding; social events, including an "1852" party; initiation services; the diamond jubilee banquet; and presentation of awards.
