Title
Survey Shows Provinces Important
Description
An article providing the results of a survey of province organization in Panhellenic fraternities. Provinces play a significant role in the governance of fraternities by alleviating some of the duties of the national-level government and supervising collegiate and alumnae chapters. Although fraternities differ in the number of provinces and regularity of province publications and conventions, it is generally agreed that provinces are becoming increasingly important to the system of national women's fraternities.
