2000 National Convention

2000 National Convention

The 46th National Convention in 2000 saw significant changes to the structure of the National Council. Only the National President's title remained the same. The rest of the Council became six Vice Presidents. Other policies adopted during the convention included a resolution in support of alcohol-free functions in men's facilities, changes to the Risk Management Resolution, and some substantial revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws upon advice of legal counsel. Additionally, Phi Mu's Three-Star Leadership College, funded primarily by the Phi Mu Foundation, was offered for the first time to coincide with the convention.
