1929 National Convention

1929 National Convention

Every business session of the 1929 National Convention was occupied with adoption of a new Constitution and Bylaws to replace the one adopted just four years earlier in 1925. The 1929 Convention also saw the beginning of Trestrella, an organization for those who had attended three or more National Conventions. Other major decisions involved the makeup of the National Council, including removing the position of Director of Ethics, adding the office of Executive Secretary, and relieving the Treasurer of the secretarial duties she had previously performed.
