The theme of the 23rd National Convention was "National Is You," which physically manifested itself in the form of a full-length mirror as delegates entered the business session meetings, as well as a small mirror given as a convention favor. The first major set of revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws since 1929, which formally incorporated many existing practices, was presented and adopted at this time.
