1964 National Convention

1964 National Convention

The 28th National Convention saw the elimination of the District Convention (recently renamed Conference) in favor of a National Leadership Conference. The first Frustrella activities for non Phi Mus accompanying their family members to convention were held during the 1964 convention and a new parliamentary procedures session was introduced. While previous conventions had been occupied with social service discussions, none was necessary in 1964 because Project HOPE had been adopted as the national philanthropy the year before.
